    So from 99, it’s down to 8. Nicanor Perlas is out of the list but the Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan valedictorian has vowed to file an appeal before the Commission on Elections (COMELEC).

    Here is the official COMELEC list of candidates for president come May 2010 elections:
